Data Extract - Most Recent

Summary:

Is it possible to create a data extract an only get the latest relavant information for a given person whether the person is PWK, EX_PWK, CWK, EX_CWK, EMP or EX_EMP. I don't want the extract to return multiple data rows. If the person is an actual employee than i want to know all about that person. If the person is an actual ex-contingent I want to know all about that person. If they were both I only want the latest. Possible?

Most downstream applications when integrating data from HCM to another duplicate data rows in the extraction file were not a problem. I now have my first application that will NOT accept the file if the person has more than one data row and i do not know how to achieve that except to move away from data extracts and write a SQL query. What I will lose in the process is Changes Only that extracts can perform.

Howdy, Stranger!
