No more access to resources on Italy Northwest (Milan). Cannot even upgrade to paid.

I had a Free tier subscription having a tenant on Italy Northwest (Milan). Access to all resources has been disabled and I am even unable to upgrade to paid. Can someone from support message me on how can I resolve the problem, and update to a paid subscription at least? Thanks.
