Hi there, we have some training webinar courses that are kind of a problem. Let's say that we have 1000 people who are the target. We send them an invitation with an enrollment link to an ILT course. 100 enroll in the first session. Then after a few months, 70 enroll in the second session, and so on.

The idea is that we invite all the people who did not enroll in any of the previous sessions. This is the process we use now.

  1. We run a Learning Completion report with the 170 people who took the course already
  2. We run a Worker Person Profile report with the updated target group – about 1000 or more if there are any new joiners.
