Receiving the below error when trying to load the licenses and certifications talent profile:

An error occurred. To review details of the error run the HCM Data Loader Error Analysis Report diagnostic test. 

Message details: JBO-27008: Attribute ProfileId in view object ProfileItemLogical cannot be set..
