Market Data - OTBI "The specified criteria didn't result in any data.'

Hi,

We created a basic market data report in OTBI using the Compensation -Market data real time dashboard. We are able to review all the percentiles and market data (survey data) columns but when I added the worker name or grade name I got the message "The specified criteria didn't result in any data.'. We have data in the system and we are able to see the data without the worker name column.

The main goal is to obtain a OTBI report displaying the worker name, grade, salary and market data.

I saw the posts below about the comp duty role. Which was added to my account but I still having issues.
