Planning to merge one of the existing legal Entity to another legal entity.

Summary:

Hello Everyone,

We are planning to merge one of the existing legal entity to another legal entity so want to know the important/required steps which needs to be considered to complete this requirement/project successfully. (Our enterprise structure is one to one mapping i.e one PSU is tied to one legal entity)

Content (required):

One of the requirements associated to this project is - Even though we are merging one entity(A) to another(B) we would like to use the same payroll definition which is being used for Entity A. so can we use same payroll definition? If yes, do we need to end date existing organization payment methods which are linked in existing payroll definition(as we currently have unique org payment methods based on entity) and link other organization payment methods which are used for entity B ?

Howdy, Stranger!
