Summary:

Onboarding checklist reminder notification is not being triggered

Content (required):

When triggered using My client groups -> allocate checklist quick action -> incomplete tasks -> send reminder.


The reminder doesn't get triggered. The task has target duration set -


As well as Reminders are enabled -

Still notifications are not being triggered. Notifications are received when checklist is assigned.

However no reminder notifications are sent .
