We have a requirement to have the chat window history persist across subdomains.

Content (required):

Use Case:

  • A user accesses www.domain.com, initiates chatbot, and starts a conversation.
  • The user follows a link on www.domain.com that navigates the user to support.domain.com
  • The chat window should now auto open on support.domain.com with the chat history from www.domain.com
