Adding Shipping & Tax at Invoice Receipt

Summary:

AP gets an invoice that has shipping and tax but the order was closed upon receipt.

Content (required):

When a PO is created the amount of the shipping and/or tax is unknown. Once the order has been received it is closed. Then AP gets an invoice that has shipping and tax. How do you get the shipping and tax applied to the order.
