Interorg InTransit transfers through FBDI

We are trying to use FBDI to do interorg intransit transfers. We have filled out the inventory transactions fbdi and loaded it. Nothing happens - no pending transactions and no errors.

Need help on how to fill out the FBDI to do an interorg intransit transfer. We have been unable to figure it out. We use this fbdi to do account issues and receipts without problems. We can load the file and run Manage Inventory transactions. We get no errors, no pending transactions and no messages. The inventory is not moved. Can someone help us fill out the fbdi?
