Looking into compliance with the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) as it relates to employee data within all modules within Oracle HCM Cloud. Are there any other customers out there who can share their insight and experience with this? It doesn't seem that there is any standard functionality for complying with regulations like this (or similarly with GDPR in Europe), and that it is up to us to utilize whatever configuration options exist for creating our solution as appropriate.
