How to use external pricing (Excel based template) for Sales order?

Summary:

We have developed an Excel-based template to load the order lines on a sales order in bulk, in this template we generally enter Qty, Warehouse, and Items but not sales price, now we want to add a sales price column as well so that we can give the price what we want on the sales order line.

We tried adding the sales price but the system is considering the price which we mentioned in the Price list, to override the price list price we have Passed a true value for the Freeze price flag but still showing the below error and not considering the entered price.
