Can we keep PO number ( a standard field) on UI regardless of Payment Method.

Summary:

We have a requirement of keeping PO number field on the UI even if the payment method is not Purchase Order.

Currently PO number field only appears when the Payment Method is Purchase Order.

Can this be achieved?
