Checklist task that enables the workers to download their unique Hiring Document

Hello,

We have been trying to figure out a way of creating a task in the Onboarding Journey, in which the worker can find and download a personal hiring document that was initially uploaded from the HR.

How can we configure a task in which the HR uploads a personal document for the worker, and then the worker is able to directly download it through the task, without using the document records? (Every hiring document is going to be different for every worker, thus the worker should be able to find the document that is specific for him/her).
