TRC Task Manager Email Notifications
How to disable email notifications from Task Manager for past Schedules.
Wanted to ask if it's possible to disable email notifications for Task Manager Schedules in the past that have already been closed.
Some of the tasks in the Schedule were not completed and users are still getting notified about their delinquent tasks from multiple months ago. Still would like to keep email notifications on for the current (open) Schedules and also wouldn't want to delete the prior tasks for historical / analysis purposes.
