Summary:

Contextual Journey for Termination is not working.

Content (required):

I am doing research on enabling contextual Journey for a Fit/Gap Analysis and I tried to enable it in one of our demo environment, but after I have enabled and created the contextual journey, it is still not working. I don't know what is the missing step/s that I need to perform.

I followed the guide https://community.oracle.com/customerconnect/discussion/631002

I enabled the Profile Option: ORA_PER_CONTEXTUAL_JOURNEYS_ENABLED to Y

I configured Checklist Template for Termination Contextual Journey and checked the roles if they have the relevant role/privilege, and it is present in all the roles that I am using, especially for the Line Manager as I am doing this for My Team - Termination Action
