ORC Candidate Search | workaround for "date of birth" filter absence
Hi there,
I need your support: our client asks to have the possibility to search a candidate using a specific filter in candidate search tab: "date of birth".
The request of client is really important and is related to add "date of birth" into searching filters section or something like that in order to be able to search candidate for example with a specific age range: <<Date of birth from 1990.01.01 to 1995.12.31>>
Oracle response underlines it is not possible to take in action on filters...however how could I workaround this to meet the needs of the client?
Thanks in advance
