No "always free" label on a new boot volume. Help!

Hello,

I explain my situation, I recently had to recreate an instance for a issue, the process was simple I kept instance 1, until I migrated everything to instance 2, once everything was in instance 2, I completely removed (checking the box to remove the boot volume of the same) instance 1. The process took about 4 hours, so I fully understand that during those 4 hours I was using a resource excess (instance 1: 200gb and instance 2: 200gb) so during those 4 hours I must pay the extra 200gb I used out of the always free resources, all good there.

The problem is that by deleting instance 1 completely, the boot volume of instance 2 has been kept paid, despite being only 200Gb and being within the always free resources (the label also does not appear) it has been several days (almost 1 week) so it does not seem to be something temporary, I read that a person had exactly the same problem in this forum here the link:
