How to make Performance Documents visible under Employee Summary

Hello everyone,

Our client would like to make the Performance Documents (that can be found under Performance tab) visible under the Employee Summary.

Right now, even though an employee has an evaluation under the Performance Document, please see screenshot, we cannot find this information under Employee Summary

However, we cannot find this information under the Employee Summary.

Does anyone know if we can make the Performance Documents visible under the Employee Summary?
