Ability to have visibility of a tab from a section that i dont want visibility?

Hello everyone,

We are currently trying to configure Directory. We want different visibility for different roles. Our aim now is to be able for some roles to see some tabs in Employee Summary that are retrieved from other section like Skills and Qualifications or Compensation.

A more specific example could be: Are we able to see Languages or Historical Performance Document in Employee Summary without seeing the Skills and Qualification section?
