What alert are you using to remind learners of an upcoming ILT?

Summary:

I keep seeing ways to notify the instructor of an upcoming ILT, but I never see anything about the learner. Our learners are scheduled by their manager or by an educator for ILT training. We normally don't have learners schedule themselves since we need to ensure there is adequate coverage in the department. Also, our learners are often scheduled during their first day of orientation before they even know what they need to take. This means that our learners need reminders sent to them.
