How to get desired results using eligibility profile in job configuration?
Eligibility profile is linked to employee assignment whereas job configuration is based on requisition attributes. How does job segmentation feature within opportunity marketplace work to fetch jobs matching eligibility profile of a logged-in user?
We have a requirement to display the list of jobs matching job grade of a logged-in user. We used eligibility profile to set the job grade, active assignment, standard employee assignment category as criteria and linked it to a recruiting type in Job Configuration. We noticed different results for different job grade users when they accessed opportunity marketplace. How do we achieve the desired results based on job grade set up in eligibility criteria? Is there a way we can validate the results displayed in user's login?
