Offer Letter Approval Based on % over Grade Min

Summary:

Hello!

Client requirement is to allow all offer letters to auto-approve unless the offer amount is greater than 30% of the Grade Min.

Example:

Grade for Job = GR001

Grade Rates for GR001:

Min = 50,000

Max = 100,000

Any offer letter with the amount greater than 65,000 would go through workflow.

There is more than one Grade, so I cannot enter a static amount.

Any ideas on how this can be accomplished?
