Disqualify Applicant from Future Jobs Requisitions

Hello!

Does anyone know of a way to automatically push certain applicants into the DQ bucket on future job posts?

For example, John applies for Janitor job. During the selection process, the HR Department decides they do not want any future Hiring Managers to see John's application on new job requisitions. Is there a flag that can be set on the candidate record?
