Summary:

We have our Digital Assistant (using Visual flow designer) integrated with our B2C Service instance.

The Digital Assistant collects information from the customer which we would like to update into custom fields on their B2C Service contact record.

Is there a way to do this?

I note you can map to B2C Service Incident custom fields using the Incident Creation component, but cannot see any way to update Contact custom fields.
