Unable to open the builder

Summary:

We recently migrated to new environment and enabling the new DCS portal. However after enabling the DCS , Self Service developers are no able to login to VBINST_ which is visual Builder to build the DCS app

It was throwing the following error

Access Denied

You don't have sufficient privileges to access this page.

Which roles do we need to add for the user to access Visual Builder
