Can we change the Item Revision on a partially received Purchase Order Line

We have an Item ABC with revision 1 and 2. We created a PO line 1 with item ABC, Rev: 1 for 10 qty. Out of these 10 quantities we received 4 quantities.

Now can the user go into the PO and create a change order to change the Item revision on the PO line from Rev: 1 to Rev: 2
