Is a DBaaS for Postgres coming out EOY 2022 ?

Hi

We are keen to use Postgres in OCI - I was told earlier in 2022 by a now-former Oracle staff that a DBaaS Postgres for OCI is coming soon, towards the end of 2022. By "DBaaS" I mean something comparable to Postgres in RDS in AWS.

Can you please provide an update on that project? If it's not going to be 2022, is it realistic to expect it in 2023?
