Summary:

Collections manager wants to be able to have a visibility of all the collections activities created by the Collections Agents. Currently the activities are only visible to the user to whom the activity is assigned to.

A custom report cannot be built as Activities data related to Advanced Collections is stored in FIN_FUSION_SOAINFRA tables (fa_fusion_soainfra.wftask) which are not accessible for BI reports

Could you please advise how the collections activities can be viewed, this is to ensure that collections agents who are going on leave, their activities are not missed out.
