Update Hiring date in job offer and AUTOMATED JOB APPLICATION REQUEST INFO

Could you please support me in order to find a workaround for managing what follows?

First of all, I've configured an "automated job application request info" to ask the confirmation about info added by the candidate during the job application.

I'm hopelessly trying to find out which phase/state link this "action" on without compromising the possible update made by the recruiter for hiring date set in job offer.

I mean, our client is able to determine the effective hiring date after acceptance by the candidate, so they need a moment to update the hiring date added in job offer...
