Auto Populate Education and Work History Information Without the Blocks Included in Job Application

We have a need to capture education and work history during the initial job application flow but we do not want to include the education, work history or timeline blocks

Our goal is to create a quick and seamless initial application process for candidates. We would like to remove the education, work history experience, or timeline blocks and simply have the profile import feature or support documents (resume upload) fill in that information in those sections automatically without it being visible to candidates. However, because we don’t want to include these blocks initially, we want to know if it's possible to still capture this information if the candidate imports their profile or has that information populated from the resume? In other words, will the education or work history experience sections
