Difference between two sections under extra info - Application Extra Info and Extra Internal Info

As per the latest release document it says that any extra information captured on Extra Internal Info is not available on candidate profile or subsequent job application. I see the same is also applicable to Application Extra Info, that is if there is an assessment results stored in candidate application for the given position and then later same candidate is added to another requisition the assessments results does not get copied to new requisition.

Is this the expected behaviour?
