Add more values to attachment category under supporting document of candidate application

Need to add a few specific categories in attachment category dropdown of supporting documents for custom integration to upload the reports against specific categories.

We want to add a few specific categories in attachment category dropdown of supporting documents.We have created the attachment categories and have mapped to attachment entities, but it does not reflect from front end. Is there any other configuration to be made ?
Also any document a recruiter uploads in candidate application --> supporting documents section , it automatically maps the category to resume, is this the expected behaviour?
