EPM November Release Update: Gen 2 Migration Update Details

Summary:

In the Nov EPM release notes in the EPM common section, it mentions that the migration of the data centers are underway. It later states that all clients will be migrated, managed by customer or oracle and it seems like there is no option to delay.

When exactly should we expect to receive the emails if subscribing to the oracle-enabled migration process? In the update it just says "in the coming months" but for mid-implementation this is too vague.

I get that we will have 2 months to enable SSO if choosing this path, but it would be very helpful to get a timeline on when we can expect the process to kickoff on oracle's end and when we can expect to have the 2 month timeline to begin.
