Summary:

We have an employee who added a Child contact. We double checked the contact - DOB is added. We tried to process BZC Add Dependent Child and the new child contact is not appearing as an option to elect in the Life Event. We have also confirmed that Designate Dependents is selected for this Life Event.

Note: We date tracked to Open Life Event and the contact is there.
