Reporting on Eligibility Override

Does anyone have a report or know how to report on Benefit Plans or Options where the Eligibility Override has been used please.

We have recently used the Eligibility Override functionality and i want to run a report to show where it has been used however I can't find where to find the data to include it in a report.
