we know that lookup type is reusable, is there a way to determine what are the fields that use that lookup type?

Example i have lookup up type Yes_No, and this has been used in different objects, i just want to determine what are fields that use this lookup type and in which object(s), with that it easy for us to determine the impact of our change for lookup code.
