Restrict visibility for the Job Offer Letter LOV

Hello everyone,
Currently our client has 3 different Job Offer Letter templates, as you can see in the below screenshot
We would like to understand if it is possible to restrict the visibility of this Job Offer Letter List of Values. For example, we would like the HRBP to view only the Template_Letter_1 while the HR can view the Job Offer Additional Texts and Template_Letter_1.
Is there a possibility to do that?
