[ETA: I don't see a way to delete my question, but I realized I was using the wrong test pod. I thought this was set up in our most recent test pod, but it's not.]

I set up agencies and agents awhile ago for testing. Then the project was on hold for a bit. I'm back to testing and all my agents are now gone. I believe my exclusivity length was set for 1 month. Do they get deleted when the exclusivity length ends?

I hoped I could reset the exclusivity length, but don't see the agents at all.
