To ensure that questions get required attention from community members and are NOT left unanswered, it’s important for the author to indicate (by selecting “Yes” or “No” when prompted) whether the question was answered.

Can a Line Manager create a succession plan for their own position?
Summary:
Before moving to HCM we had a home-grown succession planning tool. In that tool managers were allowed to create succession plans for their own role. In HCM it seems like succession plans can only be created by the manager of the position. Is this strictly security-based or is this the limit of HCM? Thanks!
