User account data restriction issue

Summary:

Data Restriction issue.

Content (required):

Hi Team,

Me and my HR using same admin user account.

And in my organization we have one of the report called Leave Balance report.

In that report I am able to see all the employees absence data.

But my HR has not able to see some of the employees data for the same report and same admin user account.

What could be the reason. And How to resolve this issue.

Please some one will help me on this issue.
