Cannot select a value from a user-defined List Column

Hello everyone,

We added a new user-defined List Column, in which we want to have the Group Job list

When we start the plan, we are able to see the column in the Worksheet and the List of Values but when we try to select a value nothing returns.

Does anyone know how to resolve this?
