Summary:

I realized my website and applications hosted on my free tier Oracle cloud where down, so when I went to check what happened to my 2 instances I realized I wasnt able to login to my Oracle Cloud subscription either. This was working perfectly fine this morning and have working on my subscription for almost a year and a half if I recall correctly.

Im not sure whats the issue, maybe issues on my tenancy region or with my account. Its strangely odd that I get the following error when I try to login:
