No Input rule/option

client is moving from HFM to FCC and currently "locks" data by adding the completed year to a No Input rule - is this available in FCC?

Is there a way to prevent data from being entered to a year/period other than by locking approval units?

Client often reconsolidates all past years of data so using the lock/unlock process in FCC would be extremely time consuming. In HFM they simply had a No Input rule to prevent data changes to prior year/period data base data. this allows them to change hierarchies as needed and reconsolidate parent level data.
