Hello all,

When the candidate BGC is complete ( Phase- BGC, State - Passed) notification must be triggered to the Hiring team ( the Recruiter and the Hiring Manager). We have configured this as an action and tagged the notification text to the notifications.


The external candidates receive the notifications as intended but the Recruiter/Hiring Manager doesn't get any notifications.


I have run the process " Send Automatic Job Application Notification" but no luck.


Can someone please advise!
