Delete records in any object on CX Sales & Services... It really delete them?

Content (required):

I imported some records to Service Request object using Import Management Tool, but have had to delete them due to some bad data. I delete them using the same Import Management Tool but this time with "Delete/Suppres" option.

After correcting the data, I tried to import them again, but somehow all records are rejected because I'm using the same "Reference Number" as the "deleted records"...

My question is: If I have deleted the first batch, it is suppose that these "Reference Numbers" should not exist anymore in the Request Service object... So, the corrected records shouldn't have been rejected, but it seems the problem is exactly that... If I change the "Reference Number" to all the corrected records, they are not rejected.
