I am having an issue with punchout and information catalogs not appearing in SSRA.

They are associated with a Browsing Category that is listed as Featured,

and they are listed as Catalogs associated with a Content Zone.

I know the Punchouts used to appear on SSRA and have screenshots to prove it. I can't prove that the information catalogs did. I have no issues with Smart Forms, which are appearing as expected.

When loading SSRA in a browser, there is a "rest action error" pop up that sometimes displays with no details filled out. The issue appears in mobile, desktop, and browser windows across multiple logins.
