Hello Team,

Case scenario-

Suppose any Employee(Say ABC) adds any "Person (Category)" Journey by themselves to his/her own Joruney. That employee performs his/her own task as they are the PERFORMER of the first task.

Now, after completing first task, it goes to their LINE MANAGER as PERFORMER is "LINE MANAGER" of the next task. When LINE MANAGER follows the below path-

My Team>Journeys>Assigned Journeys then Line Manager cannot see "ABC" employee under Assigned Journeys.

Even "PERSON" tab is not available under "Assigned Journeys".


  1. Line Manager gets the notification as well, if Line Manager click on the same, then all the tasks are visible to Line Manager but not sure, which path from the Application, Line Manager can see.
