Summary:

Our Client is an engineering company and has a process where percentage of employees work on job sites where computer resources are not readily available. Additionally, this workforce isn’t typically strong technically. For a percentage of the workforce, the new hire will show up day one at a job site that has no computer access and will immediately begin work.
