Deferred compensation plan setup 457b as 401k

Hi all,

Is there a way if we can setup 457 elements similar to 401k, because we want this to be entered via element entries.

I understand, this should be done via Benefits and Pensions card, but wanted to understand if any one has implemented this or if explored on this option to understand the pro's and cons.
